Basins
The bain-marie can be used for keeping warm, warming up and serving of semi-finished and finished foods. The appliance are important additional machine of professional kitchen, canteen and catering units.
The products are available in both fix and moving types.
Fully stainless steel (CrNi 18/10).
The bain-marie can be ordered with different dimension of basin.
Tubular heating element warms the water in the basin, the water can be drained by the help of tap (under basin).
At the moving types the moving is very easy with 2 fix and 2 self-righting rolls.
The accessories of bain-marie are the separative holders for GN dishes.
The gastronorm dishes can be ordered but these are not accessories.
GN dishes can be used in 200 mm depth in the each bain-marie.
