The appliances are the universal basic equipment of catering and canteen kitchen services at basic and warming kitchen units.
The static ovens are suitable for frying, baking and warming of meat, garnishes, vegetables and batter.
The products with frying plate (accessory) can be used for the frying meat, too.
The fully external execution of the ovens is stainless steel (CrNi 18/10). The inner framework is normal steel, the material used for inner oven and inner door is enamelled.
The appliance according to type-number can be ordered in different version with 1, 2 and 3 separate oven units.
The oven door is glass windowed, therefore the baking process (with closed door) is visible with the help of the intern lighting.
At the same time 1 GN 2/1 sized accessory can be used in the oven (meat dish, frying plate, grid).
The temperature in the oven can be regulated easy between 50 and 300 centigrade by the help of continuous regulating system.
The ovens are free standing execution and the stand can be ordered to under ovens.
